Orders ship within 24 business hours of being placed. Orders placed after 14:00pm will be processed the next business day. We DO NOT ship to any box-type address including PO/APO/FPO. Cut off for next day delivery is 14.00pm.

Please note we only use Royal Mail for all our deliveries, on 48 hour tracked. 


We currently do not ship to any European Locations outside of the United Kingdom. We are working hard to expand our shipping options and will keep this updated when we are able to ship into the EU.



Please contact us if you have any queries regarding your order - All queries are answered in the order they are received, and as a result, delays occur from time to time. Requests made outside of standard weekday business hours will be addressed as soon as possible.



We may accept returns of merchandise purchased directly from Ctrl Energy through the Site only when all of the following conditions are satisfied: Please use the contact us form get a returns number, returns will not be accepted without a returns number. The merchandise must be received by Ctrl Energy within 30 days of your purchase, no returns will be accepted after this time period. The product must be unopened and undamaged and has not been used in anyway. Please send any such returns along with a printout of your receipt, to the following address:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, therefore if you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will not be included in your refund. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Any late or missing refunds please check your bank account first to check. If you have not received it please follow up via our contact us form.



We make every effort to safely secure and ship your order, but understand that, on rare occasions, merchandise can be damaged in transit. If you feel that your order was damaged during delivery, report it immediately and a representative will contact you. We are not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise.



Orders are typically shipped within 24 business hours. Once shipped, you will receive tracking information to your email address provided at the time of order. If an email receipt is not received, contact Consumer Affairs for verification. Be advised that shipping delays sometimes occur with our carrier, and are therefore beyond our control. Please allow up to 7 to 12 business days for delivery.
